Construction Project Manager

Natchez, MS 39120 The Project Manager will oversee construction activities at our Natchez location, driving efficient, high-quality execution while meeting revenue targets as set by the franchise. This role is responsible for field-operations oversight (scheduling, labor efficiency, job-file quality) and end-to-end construction project management (process compliance, risk mitigation, documentation, and customer/adjuster communication). The ideal candidate unites strong leadership, real-time problem solving, and hands-on training to ensure the team operates at peak performance, consistently meeting company standards.

$75,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
