We currently have an exciting career opportunity for a Shift Supervisor to join our Southaven, MS location. This position is an in-person role, 2nd Shift with flexibility to work overtime based on clients’ needs. The Shift Supervisor will be responsible for managing the field talent at the customer location. Ensures strong performance from the workforce as well as builds and maintains a strong relationship with the customers’ onsite management. The Shift Supervisor reports to the Site Manager. Role Responsibilities:

Lead, motivate, and manage the onsite workforce to deliver a strong performance for the client
Supervise the timely delivery of all headcount and payroll reporting
Ensure necessary recruitment tasks are completed by the end of the day so that headcount needs are met for all shifts.
Process unemployment compliance, payroll deadlines and proper documentation for onsite workforce.
Update and maintain the applicant database and all necessary documentation.
Work with client and site staff to improve cycle time, employee relations and performance of the workforce

Qualifications:

Similar experience in a supervisory role
Strong relationship building, leadership, and communication skills
Bilingual is required. (English/Spanish)
High level of responsiveness and engagement
Team oriented and willingness to help
Highly resourceful with the ability to prioritize and multitask with limited direction
