Business Development Manager – Precast Concrete Erection/Construction

Job Summary:

The Business Development Manager will drive growth by identifying and securing new precast concrete erection and construction projects. This role focuses on building client relationships and expanding market presence through extensive travel, with no requirement for on-site office visits. The position offers a strong base salary of up to $150,000, a year-end bonus tied to gross sales production, fully covered benefits, a 401k with match, and generous PTO.

Key Responsibilities:

Pursue new business opportunities in precast concrete erection and construction through travel and client meetings.
Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, developers, and industry stakeholders.
Identify project leads, pitch services, and close deals to meet sales targets.
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
Collaborate with internal teams to align client needs with project capabilities.
Track sales progress and provide updates to leadership on market trends and opportunities.

Qualifications:

Experience in business development or sales within the precast erection/construction market
Willingness to travel extensively to meet job demands.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.

Compensation & Benefits:

Base salary up to $150,000.
Year-end bonus based on gross sales production.
