As a construction administration, your responsibilities will be varied and impactful: Assist the Resident Engineer in daily duties- take meeting minutes, daily inspections, daily reports.

Prepare Site Visit Reports:

Your observations will shape the course of hospital projects.

Bid Phase Collaboration:

Collaborate with contractors during the bid phase to ensure design integrity.

Field Verification:

Assess existing systems for renovation projects, providing essential data.

Client Communication:

Maintain clear and effective communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle.

Position Requirements:

To succeed in this impactful role, you should possess the following qualifications: Experience in

Construction Projects:

Prior supervision experience at least 4 yrs in construction projects is highly valued. Ability to Read Plans and Specifications. Ability to Read Construction Schedules.

Excellent Organizational and Communication Skills:

Your ability to coordinate and communicate effectively is essential.

Proactive and Collaborative Team Member:

Maintain Daily Construction Reports Bachelor’s Degree:

Construction Management, Engineering or Architecture from and accredited University.
