In-depth knowledge of roofing materials, tools, and application techniques relevant to a variety of project types. We are seeking a skilled Supervisor/Supervisor to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will oversee and manage construction projects, ensuring they are completed efficiently and to high-quality standards. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate construction activities on-site Interpret blueprints and ensure work is carried out according to specifications Manage and schedule subcontractors and construction crews Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations Communicate progress updates to project managers and stakeholders Utilize construction management software such as ProCore and Prolog for project tracking Implement and enforce OSHA regulations on the construction site Skills Proficient in blueprint reading and interpretation Experience with construction site management and supervision Knowledge of building codes and regulations Familiarity with construction software like Bluebeam, ProCore, and Prolog Ability to manage contracts, budgets, and timelines effectively Strong leadership and communication skills for team coordination Understanding of pipeline construction processes
