This full-time position is responsible for directing 15 superintendents and overseeing all on-site field operations. The ideal candidate will be a decisive, driven leader with strong communication skills and a relentless commitment to excellence in safety, scheduling, and quality. Responsibilities Supervise and support site superintendents to maintain profitability, uphold project quality, and ensure clean, organized job sites Identify risks early and implement effective solutions before they escalate Recruit and retain high-performing field personnel aligned with our values and mission Set strategic objectives for field teams and allocate resources to achieve them Collaborate with the office team during pre-construction to define timelines, logistics, resource plans, staffing issues, and project readiness Maintain clear, consistent communication between field operations and office teams Champion our standards in every aspect of site operations, cultivating a culture of accountability, professionalism, customer service, and continuous improvement Qualifications 10+ years of experience as a General or Field Superintendent Successful history of managing commercial projects Proficient with project management software Broad understanding of commercial construction processes Demonstrated leadership with a reputation for integrity and strong work ethic Ability to oversee multiple job sites while guiding and developing superintendents Hands-on problem solver with a humble and proactive mindset Clear communicator able to coordinate across roles, including engineers, office staff, contractors, superintendents, and field workers Experience in commercial building projects such as churches, office buildings, and schools Benefits Competitive salary of $125k-$160k/yr DOE 401(k) with match Health insurance
