Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee various commercial construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating project activities, managing resources, and ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget. The successful candidate will work closely with clients, contractors, and stakeholders across various sectors including hospitality, retail, multi-family, and healthcare. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage construction projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to project timelines and budgets.
Develop project plans, including scope, objectives, and schedules, in collaboration with stakeholders.
Oversee project resource allocation and manage teams to ensure effective delivery of project milestones.
Communicate with clients, contractors, and team members to ensure project alignment and resolve any issues that may arise.
Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
Prepare and present project updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Project Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry.
Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects in sectors such as hospitality, retail, healthcare, multi-family, or mixed-use developments.
Strong understanding of commercial project management principles and practices.
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
