Ourwork depends on a Ship Integration &Test (SI&T) SiteProgram Manager joining our team to support the Program ExecutiveOffice for Integrated Warfare Systems (PEO IWS) activities.

As a SI&T Site Program Managersupporting PEO IWS, you will be trusted to bring together amulti-disciplinary team that is geographically dispersed to provideengineering planning, design, integration, installation, and testof Aegis Combat Systems (ACS) onboard ships post-construction andduring maintenance availabilities. In this role, you will beresponsible for managing the site-specific program to ensure thatimplementation and prescribed activities are carried out inaccordance with specified objectives.

Specific responsibilitiesinclude: Plan and develop methods and procedures for implementing thesites program, directs and coordinates sites activities, andexercises control over personnel responsible for specific functionsor phases of test program. Select test team personnel according to knowledge andexperience in area with which program is concerned. Confer with Contractor or Government staff to explain programand individual responsibilities for functions and phases ofprogram. Direct and coordinate personally, or through subordinatemanagerial personnel, activities concerned with implementation andcarrying out objectives of program. Review reports and records of activities to ensure progress isbeing accomplished toward specified program objective and modifiesor changes methodology as required to redirect activities andattain objectives.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

A Bachelor of Arts or Science (BA/BS) in the relevant field and10+ years of ship integration and test, operations management, orrelated experience (or 15+ years of experience without adegree). A US DoD Secret security clearance is required. Ability to work collaboratively as part of the larger GDIT Navyand Marine Corps Sector. U.S. Citizenship is required.#navyacs
