Construction Superintendent GBI Contractors Inc Red Banks, MS 38661 Job Summary We are seeking a Construction Superintendent experienced in moving dirt and utilities to oversee our construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the construction site, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety regulations. The Construction Superintendent will act as the primary point of contact between project stakeholders and the construction team, facilitating effective communication and coordination throughout the project lifecycle. Duties Supervise daily construction activities on-site, ensuring adherence to project schedules and quality standards. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and safety standards. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of materials and services. Provide leadership and direction to construction teams, fostering a collaborative work environment. Address any issues or conflicts that arise on-site promptly and effectively. Skills Strong knowledge of construction site operations and best practices. Experience in supervising teams and managing subcontractors effectively. Excellent communication skills to liaise with various stakeholders effectively.
