The ideal candidate will ensure that all work is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership abilities, exceptional organizational skills, and a comprehensive understanding of construction processes and safety regulations. Responsibilities Supervise daily operations on the construction site, ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications. Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and labor teams to maintain workflow efficiency. Conduct regular inspections of work performed to ensure compliance with quality control standards. Utilize software tools such as HeavyBid and ProCore for project management and documentation. Develop and monitor project schedules using Primavera, ensuring timely completion of milestones. Manage project budgets, track expenses, and prepare financial reports related to construction activities. Review schematics and contracts to ensure all aspects of the project are understood and executed correctly. Ensure safety protocols are followed on-site, conducting safety meetings and training as necessary. Troubleshoot issues that arise during construction, utilizing tools such as an ohmmeter when necessary for electrical work. Experience Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent or in a similar role within the construction industry. Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations related to building projects. Familiarity with pipeline construction is a plus. Proficiency in project management software including HeavyBid, Primavera, and ProCore is preferred. Excellent budgeting skills with a keen eye for detail in financial reporting. Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical drawings effectively. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams towards common goals while maintaining high-quality standards.
