Job Description
Description + Provide assistance with activities during assigned shift at the Supervised Living Home. + Assist with an assessment of individual’s strengths and needs. + Assist with preparing meals for the individuals and provide client training as recommended. + Promote and encourage the independence of each individual in the Supervised Living Home. + Follow the proper procedures when reporting a serious incident to the Site Manager. + Ensure the safety of each individual in the Supervised Living Home at all times. + Follow all Millcreek HCBS waiver Policies and Procedures Qualifications Skills Preferred + Attention to
