This includes implementing the company’s HR tools and supporting management and operational teams on human resources issues. The main missions of the role are to: Assist Leadership in the management of HR issues in line with business objectives. Implement an efficient and integrated strategy for staffing, recruiting, induction, training, career management, etc. within Ergon Construction Group Ensure efficient payroll and administration processes. Ensure working conditions in compliance with company Health, Safety & Environment policies. Manage employee relations with professional staff and employees in the field and on our job sites. Implement HR policies / processes and foster employee empowerment as aligned by the company vision Report relevant HR information to the leadership including attendance, attrition, and additional relevant HR KPIs and statistics. Ensure legal Compliance Assist with any additional tasks as assigned by the company
Preferred Qualifications:
