Role:

While prior management experience is required, full training will be provided on company operations, materials, and expectations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a construction background looking to grow into a long-term leadership role in the hardscape and landscape supply industry .

Key Responsibilities May Include:

Overseeing daily yard and warehouse operations Managing inventory of brick, stone, pavers, mulch, and other materials Coordinating deliveries and ensuring timely customer service Leading and mentoring a small team Assisting walk-in and contractor customers with orders and product selection Monitoring workflow, safety, and overall site organization Supporting upper management with daily planning and logistics

Background in construction, hardscaping, or related field Proven management or supervisory experience Outgoing and confident leader who enjoys working with people Self-motivated and dependable; comfortable working independently Able to thrive in a physical, outdoor-focused environment to be considered. Training will begin immediately for the right candidate.
