Job Description

Construction Site Administrator (Renewable Energy) Adaptive Construction Solutions – Asheville, NC, United States Construction Site Administrator (Renewable Energy)

Pay & Benefits:

+ $55,000 to $65,000 per year plus full benefits including health, dental, vision, disability, health savings account, paid time off and 401k with match. + Gain experience in the renewable energy industry and work on one of the largest solar projects in the US. + This position will have direct influence and have a large impact on the success of newly hired construction workers in an apprenticeship program and onboarding them is critical to the success of the program. + We will provide training in apprenticeship programs and compliance for this role.

Responsibilities:

+ Administer assessments and help determine skill level of newly hired workers. + Organize and coordinate weekly orientations for new hires. + Delivers on-going training to employers on apprenticeship program implementation, sustainability, and federal/ state compliance requirements. + Ensure compliance of federal and state apprenticeship and prevailing wage. requirements which includes making sure all legal postings are visible at the job site. + Initiate daily inspections and leads investigations regarding compliance problems with federal government requirements; Communicates with employers on corrective actions. + Ensure our apprenticeship program delivery meets the client’s expectations and acts as quality assurance on the program. + Resolve complaints and concerns in a problem-solving manner from employer and apprentices. + Get certified as a core instructor and conduct core/safety training.

Education:

HS Diploma/GED required. + 3 years’ experience in one of the following: human resources, onboarding, administrative, compliance or project coordination. + Ability to travel to home office in Houston for 1 week of initial training. + Proficient in HR specifics such as verbal, written, communicating, multitasking, data analytics, coordinating, prioritizing, and organizing.
