https://sineathconstruction.com/ What You’ll Do Manage assigned projects from groundbreak to final walkthrough, acting as the company’s on-site lead and client liaison. Oversee crews, subcontractors, vendors, building inspectors, ARB reps, and ensure clean, safe job sites at all times. Read blueprints, uphold all building codes, and coordinate sequencing of trades with clear daily direction. Own the job site schedule using

CoConstruct:

daily updates, job logs, photo documentation, and client communication.

Conduct required meetings:

Pre-construction, electrical walkthroughs, punchlist, and 12-month warranty walkthroughs. Approve subcontractor invoices, track budgets, and escalate change orders when needed. Be the face of Sineath on-site, ensuring client satisfaction through proactive communication and professionalism. What You Bring 5+ years of on-site construction management experience (residential or commercial required). Proven ability to lead projects from dirt to finish with minimal oversight. Deep knowledge of construction practices, materials, safety, code compliance, and subcontractor coordination. Proficiency in reading blueprints, navigating codebooks, managing schedules, and leading crews. Clear, confident communication and leadership skills-both on-site and digitally (email, phone, CoConstruct). Tech skills to maintain schedules and client documentation (Excel, email, CoConstruct or similar). Strong character, sound judgment, and the ability to represent our company with professionalism at all times.

Compensation & Benefits Salary Range:

$65,000-$75,000, based on experience

Medical Insurance:

Eligible after 90 days of employment Paid Time Off (PTO): 5 days per year in years one and two; 10 days annually after two years

Sick Leave:

5 days per year 401(k): Eligible after one year, with company matching-100% match on the first 3%, and 50% match on the next 2% (up to 4% total match) Working Conditions & Physical Requirements Job sites across the Western NC region; a mix of on-site and limited office time Ability to work on roofs, ladders, crawlspaces, and lift up to 80 lbs Must supply and manage your own basic hand tools All OSHA regulations and safety standards must be followed and enforced Why Work With Us?
