Description The Project Superintendent – Top ENR GC- Asheville will be expected to:
Project Planning and Scheduling:
Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, setting clearmilestones and deadlines. Collaborate with project managers andstakeholders to ensure alignment with client objectives.
SiteManagement:
Oversee daily construction activities on-site, ensuringcompliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and projectspecifications. Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and on-sitepersonnel.
Budget and Cost Control:
Monitor project costs andexpenses, ensuring the project remains within budget. Identifycost-saving opportunities and provide value engineering solutionswhen necessary.
Communication and Reporting:
Maintain clearcommunication with project managers, clients, and stakeholders,providing timely updates and addressing issues as they arise.
Prepare and submit progress reports, daily logs, and incidentreports.
Change Order Management:
Evaluate and process changeorders in collaboration with project managers and clients, ensuringproper documentation and execution of changes.
Resource Management:
Coordinate and allocate labor, materials, and equipment to keep theproject moving forward efficiently. Forecast resource needs andensure timely material deliveries.
Quality Assurance:

Experience:
