Job Description

OVERVIEW

:
The Housing Sales Supervisor will assist in the recruitment of new and existing Growers for Case Farms.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS

:
Recruitment of new Growers and existing Growers both internal and external.
Communicates with available lending institutions for new construction and upgrades.
Follow-up on prospective leads for new Grower recruitment.
Formally presenting new Grower prospects with accurate cash-flow projections, associated construction costs and operating expenses.
Assisting Grower prospects in navigating lending institutions, government permitting, and the receiving of construction quotes.

REQUIREMENTS

:
High School Diploma or higher. Preference would be given to those possessing higher education and/or experience in finance.
Preference will be given to those possessing a farming/agricultural background.
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact effectively with prospective new Growers and management.
Self-Motivated. This would include in person skills and telephone skills.
Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Compassionate to customers’ needs.
Have strong attention to detail and accuracy and excellent follow-up skills.
Must have a strong working knowledge of computers including use of Microsoft Excel.
Must be able to meet with and telephone prospects during unconventional work hours including evenings and weekends.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

:

Exposure primarily consists of wet and moist floors which include metal and plastic grating surfaces.
May be exposed to temperatures below 28 degrees or up to 100 degrees Fahrenheit with both ambient and 100% humidity.
Must wear and use protective and safety equipment required for the job as directed by the Company.
Must handle the weight of 8 to 10 lbs repetitively, occasionally lifting, pushing, or pulling up to 70 lbs.
Exposure to dust and feathers in a poultry farm facility.
Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
