This position is responsible for making sure projects are fully staffed when appropriate and that workers can access tools and building materials. The Assistant Territory Field Manager is expected to work autonomously to accomplish his/her goals and requires an individual with strong organization, time management skills, and self-motivation. Supervisor Responsibilities yes Essential Job Functions Assist Management of daily functions of each plumbing phase: slab, rough, and trim Communication of information captured in field to labor as well as other team members Management of daily labor with respect to following appropriate schedules and timelines Effective management of labor and materials on job level Maintaining relationships with construction managers of national builders in communities Train field personnel Drive material efficiency and waste reduction Support implementation of technology Support fleet management and driver eligibility Education, Experience and Training High school graduation or other equivalent (i.e., GED, college, technical or trade school transcript, foreign equivalency, etc.). Strong computer skills (MS Office Suite) Fluent in Spanish a plus but not required Valid driver’s license for 3+ years and insurable with Company insurance company, required Standards Of Performance Demonstrate informative and professional assistance when working with customers, vendors, and team members. Act independently and originate new approaches to problems. Maintain initiative to preserve the flow of work. Work under stress with commitment to deadlines. Sustain interpersonal relationships, which encourage openness, candor, and trust, both internally and externally. Complete tasks in an accurate and timely manner.
