CONSTRUCTION SUPERINTENDENT

Responsibilities:

For Commercial Remodel Superintendent

• Manage all onsite construction processes.
• Maintain a professional onsite work environment.
• Keep and maintain a SAFE work environment at all times.
• Complete projects on schedule and within budget allowances
• Work hand in hand with PM and back-office support to achieve a true team effort.
• Deliver a high quality product built in accordance to plans, specifications and addenda’s o Supervise subcontractor’s performance and quality control o Schedule and coordinate subcontractors
• Track and verify material orders, tools and equipment
• Daily reports to include photos
• Maintain project revisions and redlines throughout project.
• Conduct inspections with local jurisdictions and permit offices
• Close out all permits /inspections in a timely manner and obtain C of O
• Travel required within

United States Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Requirements:

• Working knowledge of standards, specifications and codes
• Professional, high-energy and self-motivated
• Good communication skills; both written and oral
• Basic computer skills to include Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
• Microsoft Project experience preferred.
• OSHA Training 10/ 30 hr.
