The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a solid understanding of construction processes, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires effective communication with various stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and team members. Duties Manage all aspects of construction projects, including planning, scheduling, and budgeting. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and General Contractors as needed. Develop and maintain project timelines, ensuring effective schedule management throughout the construction process. Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns. Oversee human resources functions related to project staffing, including training development for new team members. Handle administrative tasks such as payroll processing and calendar management for project milestones. Utilize phone systems effectively for communication with team members and stakeholders. Qualifications Proven experience as a Construction Manager or similar role in the construction industry. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficient in budgeting practices and financial management related to construction projects. Exceptional communication skills for effective collaboration with clients, subcontractors, and team members. Experience in training development to enhance team performance is a plus.
