The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a comprehensive understanding of construction management processes. You will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while maintaining a safe work environment. Responsibilities Lead and supervise all phases of construction projects, ensuring compliance with contracts, plans, and specifications. Develop and manage project schedules using tools such as Primavera and ProCore. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of materials and services. Monitor project budgets, including cost tracking and forecasting, utilizing HeavyBid for accurate budgeting. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to safety regulations and quality standards. Review blueprints and construction documents to ensure proper execution of work. Facilitate communication among project teams, addressing any issues that arise promptly. Maintain detailed records of project progress, changes, and any incidents on-site. Requirements Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent or in a similar role within the construction industry. Strong knowledge of construction management principles and practices. Proficiency in construction management software such as ProCore and Primavera is preferred. Experience with project scheduling, budgeting, contract management, and blueprint reading is essential.
