Opportunity:
A well-established, third-generation general contractor is anticipating the need for two experienced Superintendents to support upcoming commercial projects in North Carolina. While this is not an immediate opening, the team is proactively identifying top talent in advance of project launches later this year.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead field operations on ground-up and renovation commercial projects Manage subcontractors, project schedules, and quality control Work closely with Project Managers and executive leadership Uphold jobsite safety and ensure compliance with project specs
Ideal Candidate:
10-15 years of Superintendent experience with a commercial general contractor Strong background in managing subcontractors and jobsite logistics Comfortable overseeing mid•to large-scale commercial builds Based near Morehead City or Goldsboro•no overnight travel
Compensation & Benefits:
Base salary: $110K•125K depending on experience Annual bonus paid in November Merit-based raise reviews every June Company vehicle, laptop, tablet, phone, and credit card included

50% of premium covered by employer 401(k): 50% company match up to 5%
