Mexico Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Electromechanical Site Manager to lead the on-site execution of commercial vehicle installation projects. This role is critical to supporting our field operations by managing internal teams and contractors, ensuring that projects are completed safely, on time, and to specification. The ideal candidate is a seasoned road warrior with a strong electromechanical background and proven field leadership experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the execution of commercial vehicle installation projects Lead and manage internal field technicians and subcontractors on-site. Coordinate day-to-day site activities, including scheduling, logistics, and resource management. Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with company and regulatory safety requirements. Ensure all work meets project specifications, quality standards, and budget constraints. Communicate regularly with project managers and stakeholders regarding progress and challenges. Oversee the execution of commercial vehicle installation projects
Preferred Qualifications & Skills:
Extensive experience supervising and managing projects and site personnel, including subcontractors, to ensure efficient job execution Strong technical knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems. Proven leadership and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate across diverse teams. Background in safety compliance, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. Understanding of quality control and ensuring that all work meets quality standards and project specifications. Extensive coordination and scheduling experience. Power generation and dynamometer experience is a plus. Willingness and ability to travel extensively, including international assignments (50%+ travel required). Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
