Specializing in both ground-up and renovation projects, they work in sectors such as healthcare, retail, hospitality, churches, and schools. About The Role As a Travelling Superintendent, you will be responsible for the overall management of construction projects across the US, from planning and scheduling to budgeting and safety. Lead a team of field operations to implement and maintain a clean and safe work site. Motivate the team to perform at their highest efficiency to exceed project requirements, ensure quality control, and increase productivity. Collaborate with the project manager to provide high-level reporting on costs and profitability. Developing, and executing project schedules and budgets, and ensuring that projects meet all safety and quality standards. Follow the project filing and documentation organization system as dictated for the project. Updates drawings, logs, diaries, and inspection notebooks.
