Site Manager for housing Green Leaf Apartments Beulaville, NC 28518 ## Overview We are seeking a local dedicated Site Manager to oversee the operations and administration of our properties, Duplin and Lenoir county. The ideal candidate will be ensuring compliance with Fair Housing regulations, and possess strong organizational skills. ## Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the property, 100% smoke-free property
• Conduct regular property inspections and address maintenance issues promptly
• Oversee leasing activities, including tenant screenings and lease signings
• Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations and company policies
• Handle resident inquiries and concerns in a professional manner
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate records of property activities
• Collaborate with contractors and vendors for property maintenance ## Experience
• Familiarity with property management software such as Simply Computer
• Knowledge of contract management and Affordable housing programs
• Strong understanding of Fair Housing regulations and leasing procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and work independently
