$100,000-$120,000 DOE Annual Bonus Program 401k with Company Match Medical, Vision, Dental, and Life Insurance Paid Vacation, Sick Leave, and Holiday Relocation Assistance Negotiable Qualifications 5+ years experience in Heavy Highway or Civil Construction BS Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management preferred Expertise in Self Performed Heavy Civil/HHWY Construction Experience in managing self-perform forces in earthwork, underground, concrete structures and/or paving is preferred Responsibilities As the Assistant Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for assisting the execution of various projects such as Heavy Civil projects. You will be part of a team of a Project Manager, Superintendent and associated field management. You will be responsible for managing subordinates and subcontractors. This position’s accountability includes, but is not limited to: Pre-construction, Project Set-up, Project Cost-Control, Scheduling, Submittals, Scheduling, Change Orders, Cost Control, Complete Project Oversight, and Profit & Loss.
