Construction Project Manager :
  • Prime contact for all construction project-related duties
  • Manage all parts of the project including project financials, schedule, quality, project administration, supervision, maintaining relationships with subcontractors, vendors, owners, architects, consultants, governing authorities, and client relationships to deliver high-quality projects to new and repeat clients
  • Responsible for multiple projects at a time
  • Oversee site superintendents
  • Maintain Owner, Architect & Clients interactions
  • Responsible for scheduling and budget control / project buyout
  • Oversee submittals, RFI’s, CO’s, SCO’s, closeouts, etc.

Requirements of the

Construction Project Manager :
  • Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field preferred
  • 5•10+ years of experience managing commercial projects•Ability to multitask and prioritize several tasks without compromising the quality of work or project deadlines•Proven organization skills in a high-paced work environment•Strong written and verbal communication skills•Must be proficient with computer systems and software.

Procore experience is a plus
