Construction Project Manager :
- Prime contact for all construction project-related duties
- Manage all parts of the project including project financials, schedule, quality, project administration, supervision, maintaining relationships with subcontractors, vendors, owners, architects, consultants, governing authorities, and client relationships to deliver high-quality projects to new and repeat clients
- Responsible for multiple projects at a time
- Oversee site superintendents
- Maintain Owner, Architect & Clients interactions
- Responsible for scheduling and budget control / project buyout
- Oversee submittals, RFI’s, CO’s, SCO’s, closeouts, etc.
Requirements of the
Construction Project Manager :
- Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field preferred
- 5•10+ years of experience managing commercial projects•Ability to multitask and prioritize several tasks without compromising the quality of work or project deadlines•Proven organization skills in a high-paced work environment•Strong written and verbal communication skills•Must be proficient with computer systems and software.
Procore experience is a plus
