Job Description:

The Joint TrenchProgram Manager will oversee Greenfield fiber construction projectswith a focus on joint trench coordination. The role includesmanaging the full project lifecycle from feasibility toimplementation, ensuring compliance with trenching standards,collaborating with design vendors, and overseeing material deliverytimelines.

Responsibilities:

Select and submit Greenfield projectsinto internal systems and track their progress throughimplementation tools. Conduct outside plant (OSP) feasibility andcost assessments using desktop estimation tools. Complete internalmodeling forms for evaluating exception requests. Ensure timelydelivery of conduit materials to authorized construction sites.

Support the central team in consolidating joint trench performanceusing standardized reporting metrics. Serve as the main point ofcontact for joint trench design vendors and manage delivery ofconduit plans and final as-built documentation. Identify newGreenfield development opportunities using data platforms andpermitting systems. Perform on-the-ground research to assess fiberprovider activity and joint trench potential in key areas.

Experience:

3 years managing construction projects in joint trenchenvironments with fiber or cable operators. 5 years in networkoperations, engineering, or construction. Experience with CAD andGIS platforms, and knowledge of FTTH records and as-builtdocumentation. Background working with telecommunications, power,or cable providers. Experience in Single-Family Unit (SFU)Greenfield design and build projects. 3 years in fiber networkdesign or matrix-based construction (Desired). Familiarity with GIStools such as 3GIS, QGIS, or GEarth. Experience working directlywith homebuilders and developers for joint trench collaboration.

Managed projects involving cross-functional teams. Experience invendor management and contractor coordination.

Skills:
