We are looking for a Jr Project Manager who possess a superior work ethic that fits into our company values. Job Responsibilities Manage home remodel, additions, or new build projects from start to completion Coordinating/scheduling subcontractors. Build subcontractor relations. Ensure subs are working/doing job according to scope of work Communicate effectively with homeowners Ensure projects are done on timely manner, and to full completion Ensure change orders are done accurately Great work ethic, attention to detail, able to work independently and with team Ensure all materials are ordered and arrive in time for projects.
