As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dedicated Preconstruction Manager to join our dynamic team. The Preconstruction Manager will play a critical role in the early stages of our projects, overseeing planning, budgeting, and coordination to ensure seamless project execution. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong communication skills, and a proven track record with Class A Interior Fit Outs and Ground Up Construction Projects. Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and internal teams to define project scope and goals.
  • Develop comprehensive project estimates and budgets.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments.
  • Manage subcontractor and vendor relationships, soliciting and analyzing bids.
  • Prepare project schedules and coordinate preconstruction activities.
  • Provide value engineering solutions to optimize project costs and performance.
  • Oversee permit acquisition and ensure compliance with local regulations.
  • Support the transition from preconstruction to construction phases. Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in preconstruction, estimating, or project management within the commercial construction industry.
  • Proven experience with Class A Interior Fit Outs and Ground Up Construction Projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
  • Proficiency in construction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, or similar).
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred Benefits PTO
