Position Overview:

The Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, and overseeing residential construction projects from pre-construction through completion. This role requires a strong leader who can manage timelines, budgets, subcontractors, and client communication, all while maintaining a high standard of quality and safety on the job site.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee all phases of residential construction projects from planning to final walkthrough. Develop and manage detailed project schedules and budgets. Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers. Ensure all work is performed in accordance with plans, specifications, building codes, and safety regulations. Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates and address concerns. Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance. Resolve issues and delays quickly and effectively. Collaborate with the design team, estimators, and site supervisors to ensure a seamless construction process. Maintain thorough documentation including change orders, daily logs, and progress reports.

Qualifications:

3+ years of project management experience in residential construction (custom homes, remodels, additions, etc.). Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and building codes. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Exceptional organizational and time management skills. Excellent communication and leadership abilities. Proficient in construction management software (e.g., Buildertrend, JobTread, Procore) is a plus. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
