This opportunity is for a Stormwater Engineer who is ready to dive into private, residential, commercial, and industrial site development projects across central North Carolina. You’ll be part of a talented team, delivering specialized stormwater and erosion control solutions with the flexibility, visibility, and project diversity you simply won’t find at larger firms. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Stormwater Engineer position include: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or closely related field Minimum 5 years of experience in NC-specific stormwater management, erosion control, and site development EIT or PE license required (or in-progress for PE) Proficiency with AutoCAD and stormwater analysis software tools Strong understanding of private land development projects (residential, commercial, industrial) Ability to contribute across multiple active projects simultaneously (40+ in the pipeline) Team player who thrives in a flexible, low-hierarchy environment
Salary:
$100,000 – $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
