Benefits Position Summary:

The Install Coordinator plays a vital role in the planning and execution of residential HVAC installations for new home construction projects. This position serves as a administrative liaison between the field installation teams, project managers, builders, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure smooth scheduling, material procurement, and project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and schedule HVAC installation crews for residential new construction jobs. Communicate daily with builders, superintendents, and field teams to manage project timelines and updates. Ensure that job sites are ready for scheduled work, including confirming permitting, material delivery, and construction milestones. Track and manage work orders, equipment, and installation schedules using project management or dispatch software. Maintain accurate job files, including permits, customer selections, and documentation. Communicate all scheduling with warranty reps to support new homeowners. Assist with inspection scheduling and compliance with code and quality standards. Provide administrative support to installation and management teams as needed.

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED (associate degree or technical training a plus). 2+ years of experience in the HVAC or construction industry (residential new construction preferred). Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment while meeting tight administrative deadlines. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Detail-oriented with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience as an install or project coordinator in HVAC or construction. Working knowledge of HVAC systems and terminology. Experience coordinating with production builders or large-volume residential contractors. Proficiency with scheduling software, Microsoft Office Suite, and/or construction management tools. Familiarity with permitting and job inspection scheduling.
