We are seeking a Licensed Construction Manager to oversee projects, ensure compliance, and serve as the License Holder for our company. This role is vital in maintaining regulatory standards, managing operations, and supporting business growth.

Role Overview:

We are looking for a construction professional with an active General Contractor’s License (NASCLA preferred or state-specific equivalent) to take on a leadership role. As Licensed Construction Manager, you will be responsible for optimizing operational efficiency while managing steel building installations , overseeing permitting, and working closely with licensed third-party engineers. You will also assist in developing pricing tables and ensuring compliance with all applicable building codes and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Optimize operational efficiency by refining project workflows and resource management. Oversee project planning, execution, and completion for steel building installations. Manage scheduling, budgeting, permitting, and resource allocation to ensure efficiency. Work closely with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to drive successful project execution. Ensure all projects adhere to state and local building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards. Work closely with licensed third-party engineers to review designs and ensure compliance. Lead and mentor project teams to improve workflow, training, and operational processes. Assist in business expansion efforts, ensuring licensing requirements are met across different jurisdictions. Assist in developing and maintaining pricing tables, ensuring accurate cost structures for projects.

Qualifications:

✔ Active General Contractor’s License (NASCLA preferred or ability to obtain reciprocity). ✔Experience in construction management, operations, or project leadership. ✔ Strong knowledge of permitting, compliance, and steel building construction. ✔ Experience working with licensed engineers and reviewing construction designs. ✔ Ability to assist in pricing and cost analysis for projects. ✔ Experience in team leadership, process improvement, and operational efficiency. ✔ Proficiency in project management software and reporting tools. ✔ Ability to troubleshoot project challenges and provide strategic solutions.
