Project Assessment:

Evaluate project feasibility and requirements

Cost Estimation:

Develop accurate construction cost estimates

Budget Management:

Create and manage project budgets

ValueEngineering:

Identify cost-saving opportunities withoutcompromising quality

Risk Mitigation:

Identify and addresspotential project risks

Bid Process:

Coordinate bidding, evaluatebids, and negotiate contracts

Collaboration:
