ProfileThe Project Manager•Great Family Culture GC•Triad should have:5 years of construction Project Manager experience with a generalcontractor is required Experience on ground-up education,healthcare, and/or commercial construction projects is requiredBachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering orrelevant degree preferred Applicable Project Management Softwareexperience preferred Developed thorough understanding of corporateand industry practices, processes, standards, etc. and their impacton project success Maintains good communication and interpersonalskills to interact with anyone from clients to subcontractors Mustbe a business-oriented person and act professionally whenrepresenting the employer at any level Local to Winston-Salempreferred, though relocators will be considered Job Offer TheProject Manager•Great Family Culture GC•Triad will receive:
