The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all operations run smoothly, safely, and efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards. This role requires strong leadership skills, effective communication, and a thorough understanding of construction processes. Duties Supervise daily operations on the construction site to ensure compliance with safety regulations and project specifications. Coordinate and manage subcontractors and laborers to maintain workflow and productivity. Review project plans, blueprints, and schematics to ensure accurate execution of tasks. Utilize construction management software such as ProCore and HeavyBid for project tracking and reporting. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues promptly. Implement OSHA safety standards to create a safe working environment for all personnel. Assist in construction estimating and budgeting processes by providing accurate assessments of labor, materials, and timelines. Maintain clear communication with project stakeholders regarding updates, challenges, and milestones. Experience Proven experience in a supervisory role within the construction industry is required. Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical documents. Familiarity with pipeline construction processes is a plus. Experience using construction management software such as ProCore or HeavyBid is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations and safety protocols is essential. Ability to perform basic electrical testing using an ohmmeter or similar tools is beneficial. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
