Responsibilities Manage all phases of construction projects, ensuring adherence to budgets, schedules, and quality standards. Develop and manage project scopes, timelines, labor, and material requirements. Maintain accurate administrative documentation, including CRM updates, budgets, change orders, RFI’s, and progress reports. Coordinate with subcontractors and clients to ensure effective communication and alignment on project goals. Supervise subcontractors, site teams, and manage resource allocation effectively. Monitor project progress, manage risks, and ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards. Regularly inspect job sites to ensure adherence to plans, specifications, and timelines. Manage documentation, including contracts, permits, change orders, and project reports. Summary The Construction Lead is responsible for managing on-site activities from start to finish, ensuring that projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. This role demands strong leadership, effective coordination, and a solid understanding of construction methods and codes. It also offers a clear path for growth into a Project Manager position. Qualifications Proven experience in construction management Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and safety protocols. Experience in project scheduling and budgeting Proficiency with construction management software, budgeting, and scheduling tools. Excellent leadership, communication, and organization skills Ability to read blueprints and schematics Skills in construction estimating and quality control Ability to mange multiple tasks and solve problems efficiently Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Physical Requirements Capable of lifting and carrying up to 50-75 lbs regularly. Comfortable working in various weather conditions (heat, cold, rain). Ability to bend, kneel, stoop, climb ladders, and work at heights. Able to work efficiently with tools and equipment. Must be able to wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) as required
