We are a trusted Landscaping and Hardscaping Company located in the Raleigh/Louisburg area! We specialize in landscape renovations and installs, drainage and erosion solutions, grading, clearing and excavation and backflow testing. We are currently looking to hire a foreman to join our team. We are seeking a skilled supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in drainage, retaining walls, operating machinery and supervising to ensure successful project completion.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and manage daily construction activities on-site
- Supervise and coordinate the work of workers and subcontractors
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents
- Implement quality control measures to ensure project specifications are met
- Conduct construction estimating and budgeting tasks

Requirements:
- Proven experience in a supervisor or similar supervisory role in this industry
- Understanding of blueprint reading and construction schematics
- Ability to effectively manage resources, budgets, and timelines
- Excellent communication and leadership skills for team coordination
- Knowledge of quality control processes to maintain project standards
- Must have at least 2 years of eperience
- Must be able to lift 75 pounds
- Must have a valid DL and reliable transportation
