Full Job Description Position:

Construction Project Manager Location:

Greensboro, NC (Onsite) We are seeking a Senior Construction Project Manager with manufacturing or industrial experience to lead complex projects from concept to completion. This key leadership role involves managing project scope, budgets, strategies, and execution while ensuring alignment with company objectives. Projects are typically implemented through an EPC delivery model , so experience with various delivery methods is essential. Key Responsibilities Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from planning and design to construction and handover. Translate requirements into project scope and execution strategies. Lead multidisciplinary teams with a focus on scope, time, cost, and quality. Build and maintain strong internal and external relationships.

Qualifications Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Chemical Engineering .

Experience:

Minimum 10 years of progressive project design, execution, and management experience. Minimum 5 years in industrial process design. Strong technical background in process, mechanical, electrical, controls, and civil/structural design. Proven experience managing EPC projects . Proficiency in Microsoft Project , Excel, and other project management tools. Membership in construction management organizations (PMI, CII, CMAA, etc.) is a plus. This role requires a strong leader with the technical expertise, project management knowledge, and interpersonal skills to deliver successful results.
