The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a thorough understanding of construction processes and safety regulations. Duties Manage all phases of construction projects, including planning, execution, and delivery. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and contract documents to ensure compliance with project specifications. Utilize construction management software to track project progress, budgets, and timelines. Supervise on-site personnel and subcontractors to ensure adherence to safety protocols (OSHA) and quality standards. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues that arise. Collaborate with the lead Project Manager for all details pertaining to the project. Update budgets, manage expenses, and provide financial reports related to project costs. Requirements Proven experience as a Superintendent or in a similar role within the construction industry. Strong knowledge of construction management software and tools such as Excel and Word Proficiency in reading blueprints and schematics with a keen eye for detail. Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety standards in the construction environment. Excellent budgeting skills with the ability to manage project finances effectively. Strong supervisory skills with experience leading teams on-site. Ability to build relationships with clients, subcontractors, and team members for successful project outcomes. Relevant certifications in construction management are helpful.
