We are hiring a District Manager for North & SouthCarolina to oversee and manage operations within the region. Thisrole involves strategic planning, team management, and ensuring thesuccessful execution of infrastructure projects. The DistrictManager acts as a key liaison between regional teams and seniorleadership, driving performance and growth while maintaining highstandards of quality and compliance. Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations across multiple locations within theassigned region. Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve companyobjectives and meet revenue targets. Recruit, manage and mentor regional teams to maintain highperformance and productivity. Conduct regular performance reviews and ensure staff adhere tocompany policies. Analyze regional market trends to identify businessopportunities and potential risks. Collaborate with other managers to improve processes andenhance service quality. Prepare and present detailed reports on regional performance tosenior leadership. Ensure that projects in the regional portfolio adhere tocompany and best practices for change management and projectcontrols (schedule, cost, documentation). Administer procurement of subcontracts and purchase orders inaccordance within company authorizations and procedures. Maintain strong relationships with key clients andstakeholders. Serve as the principle business development contactfor the company in the region with key partners (designers, jointventure partners and client). Assist in proposal management fordesign build projects.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Industrial or MechanicalEngineering (preferred) or in Construction Management,Business. Fifteen Years of Experience in the industry including seniorproject management and estimating Experience in managing budgets and analyzing performancedata. Experience in various deliver methods including design bidbuild, design build and GMP. Estimating/Bidding experience in highway and bridge (DOT)construction.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Strong analytical skills and proficiency in projectmanagement. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal). Proficiency in software tools like AutoCAD and Microsoft Office(Project, Power BI, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Leadership and negotiation skills. Contract & Claims Management Ensure compliance with HSE processes during projectexecution. Supervise, train, and develop project engineers. Monitor contractors and project personnel for compliance withcontract and project management requirements. Interact with supply chain teams for the development andevaluation of RFPs for material, equipment, and servicesacquisition. Coordinate and check engineering deliverables and ensureproject engineering compliance with schedules and budgets.
