CONSTRUCITON PROJECT COORDINATOR / BID COORDINATOR JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
•Bid coordinator will be responsible for obtaining quotes from subcontractors and material suppliers working hand in hand with the estimators to ensure pricing accuracy and quality. Will be responsible for sending out invitations to bid, links to plans, responding to RFI’S, communicating via email and phone with subcontractors, owners, and landlords on a daily basis. The bid coordinator will receive and organize subcontractor bids To assemble project notebooks and hand off to the estimator, coordinate any project changes with subcontractors prior to bid.
REQUIREMENTS
•Excellent communication, organizational and computer skills. Must be able to type professional emails and communicate clearly over the phone. Prior construction experience with ability to read plans is a plus but not required.
