About Us Our company is a General Contractor, Developer & Construction Management Firm that has been around since the early 60s. The original presence of our company was in the Midwest, but we have since expanded to the South Eastern United States! Well Established, we focus mostly on ground up, vertical construction of Commercial, Education, Higher Education, Healthcare, Industrial & Multifamily/Mix Use projects. Because of this growth, we are looking for a Project Manager in the Greensboro, NC/Triad Area, to oversee some of our upcoming backlog of projects in the area. You will be responsible for the full project lifecycle, including pre-construction planning, budgeting, scheduling, execution, and closeout. Responsibilities Manage all aspects of ground-up construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget. Collaborate with design teams, engineers, and clients to develop project plans, schedules, and budgets. Develop and maintain project budgets, monitor expenditures, and identify cost-saving opportunities. Oversee project timelines, coordinate subcontractors, and manage material procurement. Ensure all safety regulations, building codes, and compliance requirements are met. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, subcontractors, and internal teams, providing updates and addressing concerns. Maintain high construction standards, conduct site inspections, and ensure work aligns with specifications and contractual agreements. Oversee project closeout processes, including final inspections, punch lists, and turnover to clients. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred. Minimum of 5 recent years in construction project management, with a focus on ground-up construction
PMP, OSHA
30, or relevant certifications are a plus. Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, MS Project, or similar construction management software. Strong ability to lead teams, resolve issues, and drive projects to successful completion. Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
