Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Collaborate with project managers, subcontractors, and stakeholders to maintain workflow efficiency. Oversee safety protocols, enforce compliance with OSHA regulations, and ensure a secure worksite. Conduct regular site inspections and proactively resolve issues. Communicate effectively with clients, architects, and school officials. Manage scheduling, logistics, and material procurement. Maintain accurate project documentation and progress reports. What you’ll need to succeed Proven experience as a Superintendent in K-12 school construction. Strong leadership and communication skills. Expertise in construction scheduling, budgeting, and site management. Knowledge of building codes, OSHA regulations, and best practices. Proficiency in construction management software.
