The ideal candidate will have expertise in retail tenant interiors and freestanding projects with site development, up to $4 million.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Management:

Oversee freestanding projects with site development, ensuring successful execution.

Retail Construction Experience:

Prior experience in retail tenant interior construction is highly preferred.

Communication & Coordination:

Maintain clear communication with stakeholders and manage subcontractors effectively.

Organizational Skills:

Demonstrate strong planning abilities to ensure timely and efficient project completion.

Technical Expertise:

Read blueprints, schedule workflows, and oversee all construction phases.

Travel Requirement:

This role requires 100% travel to various project sites throughout the Southeast.

Qualifications:

Experience:

Proven track record in construction management, especially in projects within the $1-$4 million range.

Computer Proficiency:

Ability to utilize construction-related software for planning and execution. (Procore) •

Leadership & Professionalism:

Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality. •

Communication & Interpersonal Skills:

Ability to effectively engage with clients, subcontractors, and team members while maintaining a professional and service-oriented approach.
