Role Description We are seeking a skilled Team Manager to lead project initiatives in the construction and life science sectors. This role requires strong project management expertise, effective internal team and stakeholder management, and the ability to support the client by meeting their expectations. Key Responsibilities The team manager should be leading a team of +5 consultants and senior consultants. Lead and manage project teams smoothly, ensuring efficiency and productivity. Oversee stakeholder engagement, maintaining clear communication and alignment on project goals and our team responsibilities and expectations. Implement change management strategies to optimize processes and drive continuous improvement for the client. Ensure all work complies with relevant industry regulations, safety standards, and quality guidelines. Facilitate regular team meetings, project updates, and progress reviews to keep stakeholders informed and engaged. Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies proactively. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Proven experience in project management within construction and/or life sciences. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams and stakeholder relationships. Expertise in change management and strategic problem-solving. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
