Role:

As a Co-Foreman, your mission will be to assist in overseeing landscape, grading, and hardscape projects, ensuring quality control and effective time management. If you love leading teams and managing projects, this is a fantastic opportunity for you to flourish both professionally and financially.

What You’ll Do:

Lead Teams:

Help the Foreman coordinate projects onsite from start to finish.

Ensure Quality:

Monitor project progress to ensure quality control and adherence to safety standards.

Read and Interpret:

Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings.

Project Management:

Help manage projects and timelines effectively.

Utilize Technology:

Utilize software such as Jobber, Company Cam, and ArcSite for project management.

Communicate Effectively:

Foster meaningful connections with team members and clients through exceptional communication and service.

Who You Are:

You have proven experience in the landscaping or hardscaping industry. You possess proficiency in blueprint reading and interpreting construction documents. You have strong knowledge of quality control processes and procedures. Experience with software tools like Jobber, Company Cam, and ArcSite is a plus. You demonstrate resilience and persistence, maintaining a positive attitude even in challenging situations. You excel at building relationships with clients and team members.

Compensation:

This position offers a pay range of $60,000 to $80,000 per year , along with performance bonuses that recognize and reward your hard work! Perks of the
