Foreman Bean Brothers Landscaping 969 Reepsville Road, Lincolnton, NC 28092 Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and experienced Supervisor to oversee construction projects and ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management, with expertise in pipeline projects and familiarity with OSHA regulations. The Supervisor will be responsible for supervising teams, managing schedules, and maintaining quality control throughout the project lifecycle. Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily activities of construction crews to ensure efficient workflow. Manage project schedules using Primavera software to track progress and adjust plans as necessary. Interpret and implement schematics, blueprints, and project specifications. Ensure compliance with OSHA safety standards to maintain a safe working environment. Build strong relationships with team members, subcontractors, and stakeholders to facilitate collaboration. Oversee quality control processes to ensure that work meets industry standards and client expectations. Assist in budgeting processes by providing input on resource allocation and material costs. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify issues, and implement corrective actions as needed. Qualifications Proven experience in construction management or a related field. Strong knowledge of pipeline construction practices and methodologies. Proficiency in Primavera or similar project management software. Familiarity with schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings. Understanding of OSHA regulations and commitment to maintaining safety standards on-site. Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to lead teams effectively. Strong organizational skills with an emphasis on quality control and budgeting practices. Ability to communicate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
