Direct Placement Pay:

$100,000 to $150,000

Per Year BOE Responsibilities:

Schedule, coordinate, and manage daily construction activities. Collaborate with project management staff, engineers, subcontractors, and owners. Assist Lead Superintendent scheduling subcontractors Create 2-3 week looks ahead schedules Maintain project timelines Oversee project manpower, equipment, and materials.

Qualifications:

MUST have 5+ yrs of on-site commercial construction exp managing multiple subcontractors MUST have General Contractor experience Site/dirt work than transitions into vertical builds Experience with all scopes of work and construction sequencing Tilt up construction is a plus, but not required Experience with ground-up construction from start to finish Must pass pre-employment screenings (Drug screen) OSHA 10 or 30 Familiar with Procore and/or Viewpoint or similar software

Physical Requirements:

Must be aware of OSHA safety standards Maybe exposed to heights and loud noises May need to occasionally climb stairs and/or ladders. Occasional stooping, kneeling, and bending May need to lift up to 25 pounds on occasion. Regularly required to stand, sit, talk, hear, reach, stoop, kneel, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer, telephone, and keyboard.

Pay Transparency:

A reasonable estimate of the available hourly pay scale for this position is $100,000 to $150,000 Per Year BOE. The actual compensation offered may vary depending on qualifications and other factors essential to the performance of duties and is determined by the hiring authority.
